Hostesses need for 2018 WCRC
The Saskatoon Ringette Association is excited to host the 2018 Western Canadian Ringette Championships March 22-24th,2018. The event will be played in Warman at The Legends Center and in Saskatoon at both Harold Latrace Arenas and Kinsmen Arena. These championships will host provincial representatives from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This highly skilled event will include U14AA, U16A, U19A and 18+ Open A divisions.
The WCRC organizing committee is requesting current Saskatoon/Warman ringette players in the U12 Division interested in volunteering to become a team Hostess. Hostesses will be assigned to one of 20 teams. (U14AA, U16A, U19A)
The role of a hostess is an opportunity to feel apart of this exciting event, including supporting a team, cheering loud and proud, watching high pace ringette AND participating in both the opening and closing ceremonies. The event runs during daytime hours and evenings. We understand these hostesses do have school so attending during school hours is NOT compulsory but completely welcomed.
If you are interested in becoming a 2018 WCRC team hostess, please send an email to Michelle at email@example.com to apply. All applications will be accepted until Feb 15th, 2018. Please include your name, age, team name and contact information in your application with any other important details you find fit. Team Hostesses will be selected and notified by March 1, 2018.
Visit our Volunteer Page for more information.
Welcome to the official 2018 WCRC Website!
Plans are well underway and we are totally excited to host the Western Provinces in such a great event! We do however ask for your patience in the next couple of months.
Please trust us when we say, we are organized, prepared and ready! We just need to finalize a few details. How can you help? Please refrain from emailing or calling us, and our provincial office for information in advance.
Keep checking back as we will update this website as the information rolls in.
Thanks & see you soon!
Yours In Sport,
WCRC Host Committee
